Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Binary Converters collects when you visit or use the site, how it gets used, and what choices you have about it. Binary Converters is operated by Liam and this policy covers every tool and page on the site.

The tools themselves don’t collect anything
Every converter on this site, binary to text, text to binary, binary to hex, and the rest, runs entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. Whatever you type or paste into a tool is processed on your own device and never gets sent to a server. Your input isn’t logged, stored, or seen by anyone, including Liam.
What is collected
Like most websites, Binary Converters uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages get read, and roughly where visitors are located based on their IP address. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to do this and does not learn your name or email unless you provide that some other way.
If you use the contact form or email [email protected] directly, whatever you send, your name, your email address, and your message, is used only to read and reply to you. It is not sold, shared with advertisers, or added to any mailing list without your separate consent.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies, mainly the ones Google Analytics sets as described above. A full list of the cookies in use and what each one does is on the Cookies Policy page.
Advertising
Binary Converters does not currently show any ads. If that changes in the future, for example by adding Google AdSense, this policy will be updated first, and any ad network added would set its own cookies to show relevant ads and may use your browsing activity across other sites to do so. At that point you would be able to opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s own ad settings.
Other services this site relies on
Google Search Console helps Liam see how the site performs in Google search results and does not collect anything from individual visitors directly. If this site loads its fonts through Google Fonts rather than hosting them locally, your browser requests those fonts directly from Google, which can share your IP address with Google in the process.
Children’s privacy
Binary Converters is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the contact form, email [email protected] and it will be removed.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, though some site features may behave differently as a result. You can also opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google’s official browser add on. To ask what information is on file from a past contact form submission, or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the site grows or as things like advertising get added. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed, so checking back occasionally is the best way to stay current.
